A documentary film by James Spione
EMILE MENASCHÉ is a composer, guitarist, author and journalist who fell in love with the acoustic guitar while spending summers on his mother's family farm near Ireland's Lakes of Killarney. A long-time collaborator with Jim Spione, Emile wrote and performed music for American Farm, Parallel Sons and Garden. His other film and television credits include Strength and the syndicated television program B. Smith with Style. He has also composed and produced music for the Innocent Theatre Company's production of The Bad Seed, and Monica Zane¹s one-woman show Something to Drown For. Working with master engineer and producer Rich Tozzoli (Al Di Meola, Wynton Marsalis), Menasché recently recorded an inspired collection of original music called Overtones, which Vintage Guitar called "a beautiful set of acoustic music that evokes many moods."
